Refund & Cancellation Policy for PilotJack180.com

At PilotJack180.com, we are committed to providing high-quality aviation services. We will not charge you until arrangements are made or if any business has been done. We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund and cancellation policy.

1. Flight Instruction Cancellations

Student-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.
- If canceled with at least 12 hours' notice, no charge will be made.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the lesson cost.

No-Shows:
- Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice is considered a no-show and will result in a cancellation fee charge.

2. Instructor Cancellations, Weather Delays or Maintenance Problems
- If the instructor must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or if a lesson must be canceled due to weather or maintenance, you will be offered a refund if been charged and the option to reschedule.

3. Refunds
- We do not charge you until business has been done or an arrangement has been made. With that said, all charges or transactions are final. Refunds may only be asked for if you are charged more than the arrangement or business transaction was discussed.

4. Rescheduling
- If you are planning on rescheduling, a notice must be sent up to 12 hours before scheduled time.
- Lessons may be rescheduled if notice is made more than 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- If notice is sent after the 12 hour window, re-scheduling a lesson will be up to the one providing the service and must be discussed.
