Our Refund Policy

Refund & Cancellation Policy for PilotJack180.com

At PilotJack180.com, we are committed to providing high-quality aviation services. Agreements on payment will be made between both parties first. No service will begin, however, until payment has been made or an agreement is met to be paid upon completion of service. We understand that plans change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible with our refund and cancellation policies.

1. Flight Instruction

Student-Initiated Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.
- If canceled with at least 12 hours' notice, no charge will be made.
- Cancellations made within 12 hours of the lesson may be subject to a late cancellation fee of up to 50% of the lesson cost.

No-Shows:
- Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice is considered a no-show and will result in a cancellation fee charge.

Instructor Cancellations, Weather Delays or Maintenance Problems:
- If the instructor must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances or if a lesson must be canceled due to weather or maintenance, you will be offered a refund if been charged and the option to reschedule.

2. Ground Instruction

Cancellations:
- Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance of the scheduled lesson time.
- If a ground event is cancelled or did not begin, no payment or charge will happen

No-Shows:
- Failure to attend a scheduled lesson without prior notice is considered a no-show and will result in a cancellation fee charge.

3. Flight Service

Cancellations:
- Payment must be agreed on by both parties, and that will decide what happens if a cancellation might occur from either party


4. Refunds
- We do not charge you until business has been done or an arrangement has been made. With that said, all charges or transactions are final. Refunds may only be asked for if you are charged more than the arrangement or business transaction was discussed.

5. Rescheduling
- If you are planning on rescheduling, a notice must be sent up to 12 hours before scheduled time.
- Lessons may be rescheduled if notice is made more than 12 hours before the scheduled time.
- If notice is sent after the 12 hour window, re-scheduling a lesson will be up to the one providing the service and must be discussed.
